Top Ten Sites In San Francisco
Sunday, April 26, 2009 12:24Since I’ve lived here in San Francisco for over 15 years I know that the below list are the sites that are most popular with visitors and tourists that come to San Francisco. Unfortunately this is not my favorite list but it’s definitely the places that folks go to over and over again. The best time to come to San Francisco is not really the Summer months but more later on in the Summer. I’d say late August and on if you want warmth. Although San Francisco does not really get that hot but lately we’ve been having some heat spells here and it’s not feeling great.
If you are a photographer and you like your photos to look bright and sunny then choose to not come in May, June or July as those months it tends to get foggy, cloudy and over cast. I’d say just before May is good like February, March and April and late August, September, October, November and December. You’ll get the most sun in those months. Of course it’s not going to be warm but you can’t have it all can you? At least you’ll have beautifully exposed pics. Just bring warmer clothes of course.
