San Francisco Skyline 2000

I shot this way back in 2000 from Diamond Heights – I shot it with a Canon EOS 650 film camera. My favorite SLR back then. When I was on Blogger I had this pic as my profile pic and it was pretty popular with alot of folks as they would steal it and use it for their blogs and some folks even used it on their commercial sites. I hated that when they did that and didn’t give credit for where the pic came from. That bugs me big time. Come on folks at least give a fucking credit to where the pic comes from???

Like here’s one where some website has taken my pic and uploaded it to their Website without any credit whatsoever!

Oh here’s another damn site that uses my photo. God damnit folks give credit!

How do you stop these folks? The website above even has this disclaimer on their site

Copyright 2006 – 2009 National Transport LLC All Rights Reserved. The information on this site is protected by U.S. and international intellectual
property laws and may not be redistributed either in whole or in part without the express written consent of National Transport LLC.

Does that include my picture too?

Anyway besides that this San Francisco skyline picture is one of my favorite pictures I have shot. It’s from way up in Diamond Heights at the Diamond Heights Apartments while the view was not fogged in. If you have friends that live up there you can get this great shot too. Just be prepared that the fog does come in and take over the entire city but when there’s no fog this is what you get.
