San Francisco In The Rain

I love photos shot in the rain at night. For some reason things glow more and the light becomes brighter as it reflects off the streets. I shot these yesterday night after it had just rained. Boy we sure do need more rain as it’s damn dry and the weather here has been sucking lately. More please!
I love the way these turned out especially the ones with the umbrellas – very ghostly and mysterious.

A stab in the dark here; I saw some TV footage of shopping in the Mission and in a store window it looked like they had street signs for sale. Do you know this store?
