I caught this guy dressed in this very sleazy outfit with the hugest fake boobs walk past me really fast so I wasn’t able to get his picture but later I was walking away and noticed he was standing up on a newspaper vending machine and couldn’t help to take a few pics. His outfit was quite funny!
