Krista one of the bartenders at 888 Bar at the new Intercontinental Hotel on Howard and Fifth streets was telling us about this new grappa – Aqua Di Cedro. I’m not a big fan of grappa usually but I thought this one was pretty nice. Also I’ve been trying out the different cocktails they have at 888 made with grappa so I’m liking the stuff more and more.
This Acqua di Cedro is a sweet grappa-based liqueur made with Cedro lemons – so it also has a nice lemony aftertaste. Pretty tasty stuff! Check it out if you can or go to 888 Bar and order a nice cool cocktail made with this stuff!
